Applies soul binding to items.
USAGE
Apply to items in an anvil to make them soul bound.
Soulbound items will stay with their user through death.
OBTAINING
Scrolls of Binding are sold by one of the server villagers.
Technical
Soulbound armor will attempt to re-equip upon respawning.
Applying soulbinding to items will cost 20 levels regardless of the item's repair cost.
You cannot apply more than one scroll at a time in the anvil.
Soulbinding cannot be applied to blocks.
