Shoots a freezing beam of cold air.
USAGE
Hold right click to use.
The beam will freeze mobs, extinguish fires and freeze certain blocks.
The longer mobs are hit with the beam, the longer they're frozen for.
This item uses Essence to operate.
OBTAINING
Craft using 2 strong slowness tipped arrows, 2 blue ice blocks, 2 powdered snow buckets,
a stick, a netherite ingot and a fully charged twisted orb.
This recipe requires a Blueprint.
Technical
The beam cools down lava sources/flowing to obsidian/stone. Frosts water and steps ice types up over time up to blue ice.
Mobs can be frozen for up to 30 seconds.
Frozen blazes and magma cubes take damage slowly over time, frozen snowmen heal.
The beam has a max range of 16 blocks and a width of 1.4 blocks.
The staff can hold up to 120 essence points.
Using the staff costs 0.12 essence per right click tick.
