Allows moving around mobs in mid air.
USAGE
Right click while looking towards a mob to pick it up, right click again to release it.
To change the distance from the held mob, left click and look up/down. Look back at the mob to stop.
This item uses Essence to operate.
OBTAINING
Craft using 2 long slow falling potions, 2 ghast tears, 2 feathers, a blaze rod,
a netherite ingot and a fully charged twisted orb.
This recipe requires a Blueprint.
Technical
The staff cannot pick up players nor bosses.
When releasing a mob, its motion is kept. Allowing the user to yeet mobs.
Held mobs have their fall distance reset.
While a mob is held, the staff can be moved to the offhand.
The mob will be unlinked if farther than 128 blocks from the user(or if in separate dimensions).
The staff has a max range of 50 blocks.
The staff can hold up to 50 essence points.
Holding a mob costs 0.00027 essence per tick(one point for every 3 minutes).
